Inconvenience due to Rain and Traffic at Samsen & Changwattana branch

We understand your frustration caused by the rain and heavy traffic that might have hindered your visit to our Samsen & Changwattana branch. To ensure your convenience, we have implemented temporary measures until September 30, 2023.

1.Please make advance reservation for Samsen & Changwattana branch. Walk in customers may be rejected.

2.Changwattana branch accept at least 3 – 4 hours advance reservations and might be closed if there is no booking.

3.Samsen branch operates as normal except Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday that will be open from 4 – 9 p.m.

4.Those who make advance reservation & confirmation can arrive 60 minute late without any penalty fees.

5.Those with spa credits at Samsen or Changwattana can use their credits at other branches if the branch that you applied is closed

6.Silom branch open everyday as usual
